The Modena Motorsport Track Days and Concours at the Nurburgring on 26-27 June, using the Grand Prix circuit, already has the following F1 cars scheduled to appear, along with Jacky Ickx and Brian Redman, who will be reunited with a 312 P that they both drove as Ferrari works drivers. The opportunity to see and hear such a selection at close quarters doesn’t present itself every day.

642 s/n 124 ex-Prost
F 93A ex-Alesi
312 T2 ex-Lauda

The event is not limited to Ferraris, but also features other interesting GT, sports racing and monoposto cars at Uwe Meissner’s discretion. The concours is open to attendees in Ferraris without need for specific registration. Basically any Ferrari there, which is eligible for one or more of the various categories, will be assessed by the international judging team. The classes are as follows:-

Class10:Special Award of the Jury for the oldest Ferrari
Class11: Special Award of the Jury for the best restoration

Class 13: Best of Show

Entry is free to classic Ferraris (up to and including the Dino and Daytona) and the fee for later models is a very reasonable 200 Euros, which obviously doesn’t include any accomodation, transport etc etc. Uwe Meissner has a dedicated website for the event where further information can be found.
