Bonhams Auction "Ferrari et les Prestigieuses
Italiennes" took place in the Hotel Palace, Gstaad, Switzerland
on 19 December. Amongst the Fiats, Alfa Romeos, Autobianchis,
Lancias, Maseratis, De Tomasos, Siatas and Lamborghinis, 20 Ferraris
were consigned. Ten of them sold, nine didn't and one was withdrawn.
We are indebted to Marcel Massini for his pictures and
listing,
but he hasn't time to write his normal erudite article for us,
so as it's Christmas the webteam junior thought we ought to have
a bit of a quiz. All you have to do is "name that tipo",
guess the hammer price and whether it sold. Just roll your mouse
over each pic to get the answer. We've used a conversion factor
of 1 Swiss France = 0.43 Pounds Sterling and also rounded.
Unfortunately points do not mean prizes.
