In response to the proposed staging of WRX in Coventry during the MotoFest weekend (including the Ferrari Owners’ Club’s own CSA Service Group Ferrari Hillclimb Championship), BARC and BARC Midlands Centre have been actively engaged with MotoFest’s organisers to ensure continued viability of the MotoFest Coventry Sprint.
After all the work this has involved, in February 2025 both clubs were deeply disappointed to be informed that neither WRX or the MotoFest Coventry Sprint will go ahead this year.
BARC and BARC Midlands remain fully committed to the event, but the decision to cancel was outside of BARC or FOC control. However, we are hopeful that the sprint will return as part of future MotoFest weekends.
