A great weekend of competition was had by our Club’s hillclimbers with a double header at the famous (and exciting) Loton Park, nr Shrewsbury. They were lucky with the weather and any drops of rain dried before each outing up the hill.
Saturday’s event saw Dave Snelson (F430) taking a scratch win with newbie John Kennedy (California T) in 2nd and Brian Jackson (308GTB) in 3rd. Snelson triumphed once again on the Sunday with Kennedy in 2nd and Tony Attwood’s super effort giving him 3rd in his 308 Dino GT4. Podium pic of Sunday. Full report and results will follow.
