Drive Espana was formed following a meeting between Jasper Gilder and ex Ferrari racer Clive Greenhalgh who had just bought a race circuit in the south of Spain. Our first tour, for TVR owners, was held in 2004 and by 2007 we had joined forces with the Ferrari Owners Club – indeed our first tour attracted so many interested participants that we had to do it twice and one of those has now travelled with us 14 times!
We run all marques tours as well as tours for established clubs and as well as Ferrari we have worked with AC, Aston Martin, TVR, and the Classic Grand Prix Car Association. Normally we run about eight tours per year and Ferrari Club tours are always escorted by Jasper Gilder. These days only a couple of tours a year include a track day, but we have spent years finding the smoothest, emptiest, and most attractive driving roads. It’s a petrolheads paradise. All trips include ferry to and from Spain and we extensively use Parador hotels, ancient buildings brilliantly re-purposed.
