The Events Team continues to go from strength to strength, with five new members signed up in 2025. In December everyone met up for a Christmas lunch in Whittlebury, after meeting at Cavallino House to see the Club’s archive, where Events Team Co-ordinator Mark Buckland greeted everyone. Andy Stockton and Richard Hughes were awarded cups for their tremendous work in organising the Goodwood Concours layout.
Mark Buckland says: “We had a very busy and exciting year in 2025, and this season is going to be even better, because there will be numerous new venues and events for us, which will provide us with fresh challenges. I’m very proud of what we achieved last year because everybody in the team went the extra mile, and I know that we will have the same camaraderie this season.”
Mark is always keen to welcome new recruits into the fold, and there are all sorts of roles to fill, including meeting and greeting at events, running the team’s social media accounts, helping with the Club shop at events, and also helping at our circuit racing and hillclimb events.
