The Scotland Area Group took to the Gleneagles Hotel for their annual meeting to start the year, AGO David Jackson writes:
Many thanks to all who attended our first FOC meeting of 2024. The meeting took place in the glorious Gleneagles Hotel, Perthshire. As you can see the sun shone for us and Graypaul Edinburgh brought along a Portofino M for our members to take a closer look at. Some even took a test drive!
Members reviewing the Portofino MBut don’t forget, this is Scotland……just 2 days later!!!
However on the day the sun was glorious and we all enjoyed tea and coffee with Gleneagles pastries. Discussions took place on various topics of how best we can kick start Club activity in Scotland and get back to the fantastic days we used to enjoy.
Zac from Graypaul Edinburgh gave an overview of how we can work closer with them in the future.
Members intimated that they are keen to take part in all types of events including day runs, overnight stays, charity events, static displays, interaction with both Graypaul in Edinburgh and the recent new facilty in Glasgow.
A few days later I visited the team at Glasgow, headed up by Carrie McAtasney, General Sales Manager.
Carrie introduced me to the team and gave me a very detailed overview of her plans this year and it sounds fantastic. She will keep us updated with up and coming events.
Over the next couple of weeks I will put together a calander of eventsgoing forward in 2024.
In the meantime , Marketing Executive, Alex Keddie from Graypaul Edinburgh has sent us an invitation to an event at the dealership in Edinburgh.
Esperienza Ferrari – Saturday 13th of April, where you can experience the Ferrari Approved programme during a test drive with their professional Ferrari drivers.
If you are interested contact Alex on 0131 475 4500. She has allocated 6 spaces for us.
I’m looking forward to meeting up with everyone this year but remember I need your support to make it all happen.
