A return to what we all know as normal is certainly underway, however there was nothing expected about the attendance Festival Italia – over 14,000 people took to Brands Hatch to soak in the atmosphere and celebrate all things Italian.
Blessed with fantastic weather, the Club welcomed 75 Ferrari’s to the Club’s display parking area. Standouts include a pair of F40s, a 330 GTC and a 275 Spider glistened amongst their Maranello cousins with a variety of tipos in attendance.
The Club’s own Pirelli Ferrari formula classic and Ferrari Club Racing Series was supported by the HITEK Alfa Romeo Championship and the HRDC Classic Alfa Challenge, providing plenty of wheel to wheel battles for spectators to enjoy.
F1 demonstrations filled the air with the unmistakable howls of the 1992 Benetton B192 as raced by Michael Schumacher, the turbo-charged inline-four of the 1987 Arrows A10 and the high-revving V8 of the 1990 Benetton B190.
